How long will it take to receive my order? 

Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) for order delivery. Orders are standardly processed in 4 business days.

Once your order has been transferred to USPS,  a tracking number will be emailed. Please ensure your correct information is entered during the check out process.

Can I make changes to my order after checking out?

No, once the order is completed no changes can be made due to inventory purposes.

Lost/Damaged/Stolen Packages  

 

Two Girls One Bag Boutique is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after the order is transferred to the shipping carrier. Please ensure that ALL shipping details (apartment number, floor, etc.) is correctly input during check out. 

Exchanges

 

The customer will incur the cost to return the package but Two Girls One Bag Boutique will re-ship free of charge.
