  • How long will it take to receive my order? 

Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) for order delivery. Orders are standardly processed in 4 business days. 

  • Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do.

 

  • Do you offer expedited shipping? 

Sorry, we do not.

 

  • Can I make changes to my order after checking out?

No, once the order is completed no changes can be made.

 

  • Returns/Exchanges

We maintain a NO return/refund policy, exchange within 3 calendar days from delivery only. If your order was incorrectly processed, please contact us immediately. ACCESSORIES & SALE SECTION NO RETURN/EXCHANGE, FINAL SALE.

  • Lost/Damaged/Stolen Packages  

Two Girls One Bag Boutique is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after the order is transferred to the shipping carrier. Please ensure that ALL shipping details (apartment number, floor, etc.) are  correctly input during check out. 

  • Exchanges

ONLY unworn (clear of all stains/damage) items are eligible for exchange. The customer will incur the cost to ship the package back but Two Girls One Bag Boutique will re-ship free of charge.
